JOB SUMMARY

The QA & QC Technician’s main focus is to ensure QA / QC compliance of raw and processed materials through laboratory testing,. The Employee will report to the worksite on time, attend daily safety briefings, and ensure all QC and QA tests are performed timely and according to Company requirements. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to load customer trucks, ensure all certifications are accompanied with outgoing loads, ensure samples are obtained from each outgoing load, report the daily load totals in an approved spreadsheet, obtain, record, and test samples from the processing facility, obtain, record, and test samples from the staging area, ship samples as needed, and attend to any daily clerical needs that arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures
• Operate laboratory testing equipment including muffle furnaces, drying ovens, and weigh scales
• Record, retain, and distribute laboratory results
• Operate an instrument control panel
• Communicate clear instructions via CB radio
• Maintain a professional environment
• Adjust and adapt to increased sampling volume as business needs dictate
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
