About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our operations and customer service teams while managing showroom and sample activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You will work across departments to improve workflows, assist with daily operations, and support our showroom and sample experience. If you are flexible, open-minded, and enjoy wearing many hats, this role offers a great mix of office coordination, customer support, and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Administrative Support

  • Assist leadership and department heads with operational projects
  • Support logistics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and scheduling tasks
  • Help identify process improvements and streamline workflows
  • Maintain organization across digital and physical workspaces

Showroom and Sample Support

  • Pick, pack, and ship flooring samples accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and organize the sample room and inventory
  • Update showroom displays and product collections
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with samples and product information
  • Customer Service Operations

  • Provide backup support to the customer service team during busy times
  • Help process customer orders, returns, and sample requests
  • Communicate with customers via email or in person in a friendly, professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • What Youll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative, or customer service roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and digital tools (ERP or CRM systems a plus)
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple departments
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
