Pay Range : $75k - $80k (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission)

Your Responsibilities :

• Prioritize safety in every task.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Act as an empathetic problem solver for commercial clients, using comprehensive training to recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets through new business outreach and follow-up on assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools effectively to drive business growth.
• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties and make informed recommendations based on findings—don’t worry, we provide the training!
• Prepare sales agreements digitally using the provided iPad, with additional organizational support offered.
