This role focuses on apartment maintenance, cleaning and turnovers, ensuring every unit is move-in ready for our residents.

Position Summary : Maintenance Technician Apartment Turnovers & General Maintenance

Youll be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of our apartment units and common areas. This includes everything from repairs and maintenance to cleaning and preparing vacant units for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic HVAC.
