Mortgage Loan Specialist Pay : $55k-$75k

Mortgage Loan Specialist Responsibilities :

• Reconcile servicer cash receipts daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records for cash receipts
• Track and maintain records for mortgage loan transactions, payments, and investment activities.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations related to mortgage loan investments.
• Monitor mortgage loans and assist with reporting on performance, interest income, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure timely posting of journal entries and general ledger accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and responding to information requests.
• Review and verify transaction details to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
• Prepare and load reports into financial software system while resolving variances.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Provide support to Mortgage Loan Department team.
