Ruffin Inn is seeking a dedicated Dog Trainer to develop and implement training programs on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as demand increases.

Position : Dog Trainer (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

Location : Ruffin Inn, Buffalo, MN

Salary : Competitive, based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement customized training plans for dogs of all breeds and behavior levels.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions, both on-site and potentially in clients' homes.
• Assess and address behavioral issues, providing solutions and techniques for effective training.
• Collaborate with pet owners to ensure they understand and can apply training techniques at home.
• Promote and market our training services to attract new clients and grow the training business.
• Stay current with the latest training methods and industry trends to provide the best possible service.
