POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Graphic Designer II  to support high-volume, high-impact design needs across a range of marketing efforts for Dallas and Fort Worth offices. This role builds on strong foundational design skills and a desire to grow in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, and eager to learn from senior team members while supporting brokers and marketing initiatives. You will serve as a creative business partner to internal and external clients, delivering high-quality materials that reflect both the Stream brand and client goals. This position will report to the Strategic Marketing Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce sophisticated marketing collateral, including innovative property branding and property marketing campaigns, local client, or property events, offering memorandums, pitches, presentations,  signage, and digital content.
• Collaborate with brokers and marketing team members to understand project objectives and elevate the visual strategy of each assignment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and attention to deadlines with a service excellence mindset.
• Translate complex property and market data into visually clear, engaging deliverables.
• Perform advanced photo retouching, floor plan edits, and occasional illustrative elements as needed.
• Learn from senior designers and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented creative culture.
• Partner with local and national marketing teams to maintain consistency with Stream’s brand standards while applying creative flexibility for the market.
• Contribute to visual assets for events, social campaigns, and corporate branding efforts.
• Support the development of design concepts and contribute creative ideas that align with project goals and brand standards.
• Partner with brokers and leadership to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative outcomes.
