Landscape Hardscape & Paver Installer

Location : Farmington Hills, MI

Job Function : Serve as the onsite leader for various landscape installation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Managing the crew : Assigning tasks, providing training, and mentoring crew members.
• Ensuring quality : Overseeing the work to ensure it meets standards and meets customer expectations.
• Managing resources : Making sure the crew has the tools and materials they need, and keeping track of materials and time
• Maintaining the job site : Keeping the job site clean and the equipment trailer organized.
• Operating equipment : Using standard landscaping construction equipment and operate company trucks / trailers safely.
• Communicating : Keeping management updated on the project and providing feedback on employee performance.
• Completing documentation : Complete any necessary documentation
