Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join a highly regarded firm.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of labor and employment law experience, with a strong background in wage and hour matters, PAGA claims, and class action litigation. This position requires excellent academic credentials, outstanding writing skills, and a license to practice law in California.

Key Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience
• Substantial experience with wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters
• Strong academic credentials and outstanding writing skills
• Active California bar license

Compensation & Benefits :

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 to $315,000 annually , depending on experience and education. This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA .
