A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership in the Medicare Advantage health plan.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars and meeting logistics
Organize leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and note-taking
Support project execution by maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of administrative and operational support experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or Medicare Advantage
Experience managing executive calendars and high-volume meeting coordination
Strong project management or coordination experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration platforms
