The RoleAs an Advanced Display Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping how customers interact with and interpret complex operational data. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll use advanced design tools and techniques to influence key aspects of the customer experience and project success. You will design and implement highly functional, user-friendly, and visually compelling Human-Machine Interface (HMI) display systems. Display systems can include but are not limited to the following : Key Performance Indication (KPI) Dashboards, Geographical Regional Overviews, System Summary Overview One-Line Diagrams, Station-Specific One-Line Diagrams, Building Map Overview Displays, Device Detail Summary Displays, Tabular-Style Summaries, and Control Operation Displays. Your Impact

• Prepare detailed, technically accurate display system designs and schematics based on project requirements, sketches, verbal instructions, and engineering drawings / notes.
• Develop, configure, and review display systems to ensure alignment with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality controls.
• Design and implement intuitive and functional HMI (Human-Machine Interface) layouts optimized for situational awareness.
• Maintain current knowledge of advanced display technologies and HMI design procedures.
• Perform design assignments using cutting-edge techniques and tools.
• Produce high-quality custom HMI display systems with minimal supervision.
• Utilize advanced tools and software for display design, including AutoCAD, Visio, SmartDraw, and specialized display design software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of display systems.
• Implement and troubleshoot display systems to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams on custom HMI display systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in display technology and incorporate them into design practices.

What You'll Need

#LI-DW1 The salary range for this role is $64,200.00 - $80,200.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
