Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for Equipment Technicians in the Cartersville area! This role offers opportunity for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational integrity using appropriate tools and techniques
• Safely disassemble and reassemble mechanical components using power tools and precision instruments
• Execute tasks and directives from supervisors with accuracy and efficiency
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Qualifications :

Solid understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices

Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues

Comfortable working working 12 hour shifts

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates excellent time management skills and executes all orders and / or demands promptly.

Well-versed in outlining general maintenance requirements.

Bi-lingual is a plus but not required

Pay rate : $24.00 + (DOE)

Hours :

6 : 00am-6 : 30pm

6 : 00pm-6 : 30am (12 hour swing shift)
