Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Packaging Engineer to work on-site with our client, a Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities :

Packaging Engineer to identify and evaluate flexible packaging technologies that allow venting of accumulated vapors without any liquid product leakage. This project involves evaluating various technology alternatives and setting up initial prototype testing to recommend a viable solution.

Scope of Work :

• Technology assessment :

Identify supplier material options and evaluate feasibility of manufacturing with selected partners. This includes comparing available technologies based on cost, feasibility, and risk.

Develop a small-scale test plan for proposed materials, procuring packaging materials, and building initial prototypes. The goal is to test the performance of 2 4 alternatives against a control sample. This phase also requires work onsite in Pleasanton, CA for prototype production, testing and product evaluations. Work to include a report summarizing results and recommended next steps. The estimated effort for this phase is 20 40 hours over 3 5 weeks.
