Accounting Assistant

We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant for a 3 month plus temporary position. Position will be working onsite. Pay is $- per hour. Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant: Will be responsible for assisting the accounting department Responsible for AP and AR duties Process AP invoices for one of the large clients Handling cash applications, and maintain the aging Assist payroll with auditing and reviewing the exceptions report Assist with reconciliations and compare balances to the GLRequirements for the Accounting Assistant: 2-3 years of hands on GL accounting experience Experience with AP and AR Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic Excel
