Key Responsibilities

Support audit and compliance for Consumer Loans, enhancing operational effectiveness

Lead project execution, managing timelines and resources to align with organizational goals

Develop and maintain process maps and documentation, while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

4-year college degree preferred

3-4 years of experience in data analysis, student loan servicing, or project management

Strong knowledge of student loan regulations and IT systems

Experience with analytical tools such as Excel and SQL

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
