Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our clients with higher-level personal care needs in their homes. This role is ideal for CNAs who want flexible scheduling while continuing to use their clinical skills in a one-on-one care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care in accordance with CNA scope of practice

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition

Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Provide companionship and promote client dignity and comfort

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed

Run errands and provide transportation when required

Qualifications

Active CNA license in Indiana or Michigan (as applicable)

Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred

Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Compassionate, professional, and dependable

Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required

Schedule

Immediate work available

All shifts available

Full-time and part-time opportunities

Opportunities to work on more than one case

Minimum of 40 hours per month required to remain active

300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days (Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant)
