Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.\n\nRequirements\n\nSpecialty : RN - Emergency Medicine\n\nLicensure : Current, unrestricted nursing license\n\nCertifications : BLS, ACLS and PALS\n\nExperience : 1 year of experience\n\nSchedule : 36 / 48 hour rotating schedule - open to block scheduling\n\nJob Duties\n\nPlans, implements, evaluates, and delivers patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.\n\nCollaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual / psychosocial support needs.\n\nEvaluates learning needs of patient and / or family and provides patient / family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.\n\nMaintains clinical skills and competency through orientation, annual and ongoing education, and clinical practice.\n\nFollows Tribal Health and client specific policy and procedures.\n\nAll other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.\n\nTribal Health Perks : \n\n
