Location : Central Nursing Home - Chicago, IL

Shift : PM Shift | 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Looking for a meaningful role with consistent evening hours? Join our dedicated care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on 2nd Shift (3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM) and help create a safe, comfortable environment for our residents during evening routines and nighttime transitions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Assisting residents with evening hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort
  • Preparing residents for bed and nighttime routines
  • Monitoring and reporting resident conditions
  • Documenting care accurately and consistently
  • Ensuring a peaceful, clean, and dignified environment
  • Answering call lights promptly and compassionately
  • Supporting a positive and respectful team culture

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Valid CNA Certification in Illinois
  • CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to help others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically able to perform required duties
  • Must pass background checks and meet healthcare employment requirements
