Deep domain knowledge of the U.S. benefits ecosystem, including regulatory and competitive dynamics

Experience in building AI-driven products and understanding their application to customer problems

Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and build high-trust partnerships

Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills to align diverse stakeholders
