Collaborates with the Department Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.\n\nPosition Purpose : Registered Nurse will work in the Medical / Surgical department at Grand Haven Hospital.\n\nWhat you will work : \n

• 12 hour shift\n
• As needed\n\nWhat you will need : \n
• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan\n
• Current BLS\n
• PALS within 6 months\n\nWhat you will do : \n
• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and the situation\n
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation\n
• Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan\n
• Evaluate and document patient's progress\n\nHighlights : \n
