Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent position in the Emergency Department at a respected healthcare facility in Lakeway, Texas offering $65,000 to $80,000 annually . This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in urgent and emergent situations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Department RN, you will :

Triage, assess, and treat patients experiencing a wide range of medical conditions

Respond promptly and effectively to life-threatening emergencies

Collaborate with emergency physicians, specialists, and fellow nursing staff

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform diagnostic procedures

Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in EMR systems

Provide education and support to patients and their families

Adhere to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (or compact license)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

PALS or TNCC certification preferred

Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room or critical care experience preferred

Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound clinical decisions

Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
