Executive Administrator III
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator III to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, communication, and organizational abilities. The Executive Administrator will manage scheduling, coordinate meetings and travel, screen communications, prepare presentations, and assist with reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange meetings
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests for the executive
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and logistics
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Assist with expense reporting, financial documentation, and tracking
- Interface professionally with departments, stakeholders, and vendor contacts
- Maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Perform general office administration and support functions as needed
