A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and service orders
Assist customers with online account management and service-related issues
Process payments and manage service disconnections and reconnections
Required Qualifications
Prior call center experience
Ability to type a minimum of 35-40 WPM
Willingness to work overtime during peak times, including overnight and weekends
Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
Camera required during training and shifts
