Quality Supervisor
Aircraft Technology, Inc., (ATI), a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is an FAA / EASA Part 145 Repair Station. ATI supports a wide range of rotary and fixed wing components found on both commercial and military platforms around the world.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for calibration tool collection, computer program update, and scanning and maintaining calibration certificates and database.
- Plan and conduct organization's Annual Internal Audit Program.
- Familiarization and understanding of the applicable regulations, inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of a component returned from outside service vendors.
- Be proficient and qualified using proper inspection procedures such as but not limited to incoming and in process (hidden damage) and final.
- Verify part number and serial number of the items received into the repair station match customer's paperwork.
- Updating revisions on OEM technical data and repair station documents.
- Respond to repair station customer surveys.
- Perform training and update data in training program.
- Initiate "Capability Evaluation Form" on all components not found in the repair stations FAA accepted capability list during receiving inspection.
- Perform incoming receiving inspection.
- Update data in the corrective action computer software system.
- Maintain Technical Data, jigs, and tooling program.
- Writing, and editing procedures.
- Create quality reports for various purposes.
- Conducts initial and ongoing review of suppliers.
- Conducts other duties as assigned.
