In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of a dedicated healthcare product vertical, focusing on delivering a mobile-first experience that empowers frontline healthcare workers. You will act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding the operational realities of hospitals, clinics, and care teams to inform product direction and market positioning. Partnering with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales, you will translate healthcare-specific needs into actionable roadmaps, feature sets, and go-to-market strategies. Success will be measured by adoption, engagement, and impact on healthcare organizations, while also shaping how the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements. This is an opportunity to influence a critical vertical in a mission-driven, fast-growing SaaS environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and vision for the Healthcare vertical, ensuring unique value delivery to healthcare organizations.
  • Serve as the voice of the healthcare worker, understanding deskless, shift-based workforce needs.
  • Champion mobile-first product experiences that enhance engagement, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define go-to-market strategies and messaging.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize roadmap features that address healthcare-specific workflows and compliance.
  • Gather and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product decisions.
  • Define and track success metrics for adoption, retention, and expansion within healthcare accounts.
  • Equip internal teams with healthcare industry knowledge, customer stories, and product expertise to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • 4โ€“7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a hybrid PM / PMM role within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience serving healthcare customers or related industries requiring compliance, security, and workforce communication considerations.
  • Strong ability to translate complex customer needs and market trends into actionable strategies and product narratives.
  • Expertise in mobile-first user experiences and understanding the needs of deskless, shift-based workers.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PHI) is a plus.
