Job descriptionProven experience with construction plan take-offs and cost estimating Familiarity with estimating / take-off software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STACK, or similar) Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and pricing Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and GCs Highly organized and reliable — able to meet bid deadlines consistently $1,000 / week base pay 3% commission on projects you estimate that sell and get fully paid Realistic six-figure earning potential for top performers

Construction Estimator / Plan Take-Off Specialist
Compensation : $1,000 / week base + 3% commission on sold & paid projects
Potential Earnings : Six figures with consistent performance
We are a fast-growing roofing & construction company looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, efficient with take-off software, and thrive on getting bids out fast, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate plan take-offs using industry-standard estimating software
- Create detailed cost estimates and pre-caps
- Call suppliers for pricing and availability
- Call general contractors to verify details and submit bids
- Review and verify measurements on construction plans
- Consistently prepare and submit 5 bids per week
