Position : Insurance Defense Attorney

Billable hours : 1800

About the client :

Our client is a respected California-based law firm specializing in insurance defense and civil litigation. They are seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our Irvine office in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience handling insurance defense matters, drafting pleadings, and managing client communications, while being eager to grow their practice skills in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Advise clients on legal strategies and case management.

Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $110k – $160k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
