Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive and engaging initial contact.

Insurance Guidance : Provide comprehensive information about various insurance products and services offered by Valerie Hopkins - Allstate.

Sales Generation : Implement sales techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Market Research : Continuously research and analyze the local insurance market to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Customer Support : Offer post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues.

Documentation : Accurately maintain and update client information and sales records.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Licensing : Ability to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of hire.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Acumen : A genuine interest in sales and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions.

Customer Service : A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
