Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant- Family Care- Urgent Care Practice

Seeking Provider to join our Outpatient Urgent Care / Primary Care Team

Full Time Mon-Fri Days $140-$180's +Relocation offered

What You’ll Do

• Perform health assessments across all ages, in person and via telehealth.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care, screenings, family planning, and health education.
• Perform minor procedures and respond to emergencies with life-saving measures.
• Refer complex cases appropriately.
• Document care in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and maintain compliance standards.
• Promote community wellness and preventive health concepts.
