In Marianske Lazne, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites , featuring the 105 Dining Lounge , The Bohemian Bar , our Swiss Café , and the rooftop "pod oblaky” Lifestyle Bar . The hotel will also offer three conference rooms and a boardroom. A highlight of the property will be the Pürovel Spa & Sport , combining Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Marianske Lazne.

Job Description

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (f / m)

Become part of a prestigious hotel chain and participate in building an exceptional experience for our guests.

We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in sales and marketing who will oversee and manage the successful opening of the Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně from a sales and marketing perspective.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Strategic planning and leadership : Establish annual business and marketing plans; manage, monitor and ensure effective execution of daily sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance and market analysis : Prepare regular performance reports; perform market and competition analysis to optimize strategies.
  • Industry Networking & Account Management : Build relationships with industry leaders; manage key customers and niche markets with tailored strategies as well as e-commerce
  • Sales initiatives and guest offers : Support targeted sales efforts; design and promote packages and services to suit guest preferences.
  • Negotiating contracts and representing the hotel : Represent the hotel at events to raise brand awareness; manage all RFPs
  • Digital Marketing and Team Management : develop and supervise digital marketing strategies; train and mentor the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience : 5+ years in hotel Sales & Marketing. Premium / luxury resort experience is a plus.
  • Skills : Fluent in English and German; Another language a plus; Strong business awareness, presentation, communication, leadership, management and analytical skills.
  • Education : University degree.
  • Expertise : Destination sales & marketing, social media, and revenue management.
  • Attributes : Guest and quality-oriented, dedicated, professional, with strong influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Permit : Work permit in the Czech Republic, you will be working in the hotel inSwissôtel Mariánské Lázně.
