Taco Mac is looking for Managers at all levels to provide operational excellence in our restaurants. Our Managers are empowered to provide leadership and guidance in all areas of operations, including profit management, sales and guest count growth, guest experience, and team member development.

We are known for our wide selection of craft on draft and business is booming! We are rapidly growing, with two new restaurants in the last 12 months and three to five planned for the next 12 months. We pay above market salary, with a lucrative bonus program and best-in-class benefits.

Seeking energetic Managers with the following experience :

• 2+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management.
• Proven success in leading, coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a team player!
• Working knowledge of restaurant operating procedures including P&L management, ordering, receiving, schedule writing, etc.
• Sports and beer enthusiasts encouraged!
