Board Certified - Required

Active CA License - Required

Current CA fluoroscopy permit REQUIRED by start date. Will consider those willing to obtain as long as they will have it by April 2025!

Fellowship trained in Ortho Trauma is REQUIRED!

Clean Malpractice - Required
