Pay Range : $62.00 - $76.86 / per hour (depending on experience) + Benefits

Requirements to Apply

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a current California RN and NP license
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum of five years of primary care experience, including at least three years serving elderly or medically complex populations
• BLS / ACLS certification (or obtained within six months of hire)
• Valid California driver's license with reliable insured vehicle
• Skilled in collaborative care; experience with interdisciplinary teams strongly preferred
