Description :
George School, a Quaker boarding / day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA has openings for part-time Lifeguards covering various shifts Monday - Saturday. These are flexible shifts for weekday mornings / early afternoons as well as afternoon hours on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor the swimmers and environment at all times.
- Enforce all rules and regulations of the facility.
- Identify, eliminate and / or minimize hazardous situations to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
- Administer the George School Pool Swim Test.
- Perform pool water testing.
- Respond quickly to all emergency situations.
- Administer any emergency first aid needed.
- Complete all required reports and records.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as scheduled.
