Job description

EMIT Learning is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work on our school campus in Hampton NH for the current 2025-26 school Details

Number of Positions : 4
Location : Hampton NH
Age Group : TBD
Start Date : ASAP
End Date : June 2026 (possible extension)
Total Hours : 3035 hours per week (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Job Type : Full-time Contract
Work Location : In person

Required License / Certification

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (mandatory)

Key Duties

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.

Assist clients in developing essential skills through structured teaching and reinforcement strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress including medical records and behavioral data.

Educate clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques to promote understanding and engagement.

Requirements

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices is essential.

Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards is beneficial.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients families and team members.
