Job Title :   Preschool Teacher Assistant (Full-Time), Bardmoor YMCA Preschool Academy

Duties :

• Work alongside Preschool Teachers to provide an enriching experience for children in the classroom.
• Help implement the curriculum in a way that promotes creativity and learning.
• Lead and facilitate interactive activities like games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling to foster children's physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
• Support positive behavior by setting clear and consistent rules.
• Supervise meal times, outdoor play, and free play, ensuring the children's safety and well-being.

Physical Demands :

Pay & Perks : Full-time, $14.75-$20.00 / hour, depending on experience. Health insurance, paid time off, 75% discount on preschool fees, free before / after school care for school-age programs, free wellness center access for household members, and an employer-paid retirement fund.
