Johnson Memorial Hospital is looking for Graduate Registered Nurses for our Graduate Nurse Residency Program. The 12-month Nurse Residency Program at Johnson Memorial in Stafford Springs, CT provides a comprehensive infrastructure in accordance with ANCC PTAP guidelines

• to expand the knowledge, skills and attitudes required of a nurse to move from entry-level competence toward proficiency and expertise.
