Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado (2hr 30min from Denver) . This full time position follows a 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule which is perfect for pharmacists who live in Denver to mute / travel and thrive in a hospital environment and value work life balance. Travel professionals are eligible for non-taxable stipends for lodging, meals, and incidentals .
Schedule :
7 on / 7 off : Night Shift
Responsibilities :
Interpret and verify medication orders; maintain accurate patient medication profiles
pound and dispense pharmaceuticals including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and TPN
Ensure pliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
Monitor therapy for contraindications, drug interactions, allergies, and dosage accuracy
Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and antibiotic stewardship per hospital protocol
Provide clinical consultation and clarification to physicians and nursing staff
Participate in quality improvement, medication reviews, and staff education programs
Serve as a member of the hospitals Code Response Team
Accurately document all interventions and maintain detailed clinical records
Requirements :
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or PharmD)
Active Colorado Pharmacist License (Required)
BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) -Required
Hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience - Required
Must receive annual flu vaccine (no exemptions accepted, required Oct 1Apr 1)
