Technical Project Manager

Core Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage data center deployment from construction through fit-out to operational handoff
• Focus on "white space" (interior data hall) buildout, including power, cooling, and equipment installation
• Plan and organize deployment, including storage, office, and floor space
• Directly manage vendors and coordinate with internal and external teams
• Provide regular reports and maintain consistent on-site presence

Ideal candidate comes from a Data Center Technician that has worked there way up through the data center and really understands the "white space" of the data center

Required Experience & Skills :

• Strong back ground in data center construction and deployment, especially Greenfield projects
• Experience with data center power, cooling, and fit-out (liquid cooling experience a plus, but not required)
• Familiarity with large-scale or hyperscale data centers preferred; AI data center experience is ideal
• Ability to manage up, down, and across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Hands-on project management experience; DCT (Data Center Technician) back ground highly valued
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with frequent change

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 / hr.
