Job descriptionBase pay with performance-based increases Commission on top of base pay Paid time off Casual dress code and Stretch Zone apparel Comprehensive training including paid sales training and support for continuing education Drive membership sales within the studio and lead the Sales Associates to meet standards Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns Lead, coach, and hold your Sales Associates accountable for daily operations and goals Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups Lead by example, support your team, and go above and beyond Track KPIs and assist the General Manager in monitoring sales metrics Promote practitioner-assisted stretching, achieve sales goals, and improve sales skills Confidently connect with guests and convert them to members Be driven and competitive, holding staff accountable for exceeding sales goals Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills Goal-oriented, assist in setting and achieving studio goals Use proprietary equipment following specific protocols to improve muscle function Clients experience increased performance, range of motion, and reduced stiffness Learn more about "Our Method" - https : / / www.stretchzone.com / our-method Helped over 535,279 clients feel and perform their best Served pro-athletes from NFL, NBA, MLB, ATP, including notable champions and athletes
