What you will do

• Under general direction, perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of HVAC mechanical equipment.
• Act as contract coordinator for one of our large customer contracts. Coordinating with the scheduling team to ensure the contract is properly staffed. Generating service reports and ensuring customer invoicing is correct. Ordering materials and procuring necessary supplies for planned maintenance and customer shut down / outage windows.
• Assists branch leadership with coaching and mentoring of branch technicians with the delivery of customer satisfaction and following operational processes.
• Providing Level 1 technical support and assistance with technical development for others.
• Ensures work is being performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics.
• Properly completes all required project and service documentation.

Pay Range : $39.73 hourly rate determined by the CBA / rate sheet.  Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
