The Senior Director, Global Access Strategy Integration, in Immunology and Cardiovascular (ICV) will be responsible for combining US and Global access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies to formulate cohesive, overarching, all-market approaches for in-line, lifecycle, portfolio prioritization and late development assets within the ICV portfolio. The Senior Director will report to the ICV Market Access VP and be responsible for the long-term financial plan (LTFP) management, budget planning, financial implications of GPO strategy and price levers for LOE strategy. This role will act as the primary strategic and executional conduit between the US and Global ICV Pricing and Access Strategy Leads (PASLs), LOE strategy and be responsible for ensuring worldwide strategic alignment, identification of synergistic opportunities across markets and brands, and identification of cross-market risks that could negatively impact ICV-wide effectiveness, efficiency and gross-to-net (GTN) viability.
The Senior Director will be responsible for developing integrated market access / pricing input to inform above-brand and across-brand ICV portfolio strategy and prioritization decisions. This role is pivotal in identifying, incorporating, and developing solution-oriented recommendations for cross-market opportunities and risks into ICV strategic development and execution, including global to local market implementations. He / she will lead this process through cross functional engagement, coordination, and collaboration with Market Access leaders in Global and US Access Strategy, Pricing, and HEOR.
The position is cross functional in nature and is part of a highly matrixed organization. In addition to ICV Market Access colleagues, the Senior Director will partner with leaders of Commercial, Medical, BI&T, Global / US Policy and Clinical Development to optimize the BMS ICV portfolio in an increasingly challenging and dynamic access environment.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
