• Will consider someone BC / BE in Gastro even if they don't have active IM Board Certification
• Reason for need : retirement
• Combination of inpatient, clinic, and surgery center
• Call ratio of 1 : 4 or 1 : 5
• Onsite lab and x-ray
• EMR : EPIC
• BLS and ACLS required
• Advanced procedure capability welcomed, not required
• Facility does not currently have a trauma designation
