Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. The Informatics Technician will provide technical support and assistance to end users creating a valuable relationship by listening well to employees and championing their needs. They will help to ensure that every employee gets top priority status resolution to their technological issues. They will also provide support for information systems projects as needed by the company. They must be a self-starter committed to learning quickly, participate in problem solving, and work well in a team environment. We are looking for either Part-Time or Full-Time with a hybrid schedule out of our Norwood, MA office.

The Informatics Technician will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. They may find the environment to be busy, noisy, and will need to have excellent organizational, time, and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
