American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience across multiple care settings and current BLS and ARRT CT credentials.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Position is in a CT department serving outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settingsExperience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations is required; neonatal and infant experience preferredShifts are Monday through Thursday, evenings from 1 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM (4x10 hour shifts)Use of PACS and contrast administration required; biopsies and IV starts preferredEPIC EMR experience is requiredStaff may be required to float to other campuses as neededMay be assigned on-call shifts and must be willing to work holidays, including ChristmasRole includes patient preparation, performing CT scans, and following safety protocolsMust be flexible with scheduling and maintain strict adherence to attendance expectationsMay be required to perform procedures across multiple hospital units as neededRTO (requested time off) must be declared at time of application; changes not allowed after submissionRequired to complete orientation modules, typically 2-4 hours, as part of onboardingScrub requirements not specified; confirm with hiring manager prior to startMust complete compliance requirements before start date\n \n Requirements\n
Minimum 1 year of CT experience requiredCurrent BLS and ARRT CT certification requiredExperience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients is required; neonatal and infant experience is preferredExperience in outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU required; NICU and PICU experience preferredMust be proficient with PACS, contrast administration, and have skill in biopsies and IV starts if possibleEPIC EMR experience is requiredLicense required if applicableCandidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates acceptedEducation must be from an accredited source not listed on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit listBackground check must have no open casesFirst-time travelers are welcome\n Benefits\n
