ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be pivotal in creating, implementing, and monitoring Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs that enhance the reliability of our equipment and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Oversee reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
 - Contribute to the development of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bill of materials (BOMs) for plant equipment.
 - Manage preventative / predictive maintenance programs (Inspection, Vibration, Oil Analysis, NDT, thermography, etc.) to ensure superior equipment availability.
 - Facilitate the efficient execution of the preventative maintenance work order system in collaboration with area operations and central maintenance teams.
 - Lead, guide, and motivate the reliability team and plant area teams, aligning efforts with our core values.
 - Drive the analysis and resolution of recurring problems using techniques like root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, FMEA, and statistical reviews.
 - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability and reliability.
 - Support sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of major equipment.
 - Exhibit a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies, fostering a culture of safety in all work environments.
 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Required Experience : 5-7 years in a heavy manufacturing environment is highly desired.
Required Skills : Proficient in SAP, AutoCAD, Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Travel Requirements : Minimal, 0-10%
Additional Qualifications :
Familiarity with FFT analysis of vibration spectra in heavy industrial settings.Experience with FMEA and NDT inspection techniques is a plus.Knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, motors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) is preferred.All candidates must comply with safety protocols and use company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).WHAT WE OFFER
