Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN needed for fast pace, multi-physician Nephrology practice in Monroe, LA.  Full time position with generous benefits.  Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., and 8 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m. on Friday.  Required qualifications to include a current Louisiana LPN license, ability to function well while involved in multiple task assignments, physician office patient care experience is preferred, great verbal and written communication skills, Meaningful Use (MIPS) knowledge is preferred, and knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 is required.   Job responsibility includes patient triage, clean and restock exam rooms after each patient visit, inventory of medical supplies, review physician orders with patient, scheduling of tests and referral appointments, administer and record injections, review laboratory results, make and return phone calls to / from patients, home health agencies, dialysis units, physician offices, etc., perform tasks within the scope of practical nursing.  Please post Resume, to include professional references and previous work experience.
