The Peyton Company Great Clips in Oakdale is seeking a driven and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and achieve salon success. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, including leadership and trend training, and a consistent flow of walk-in clientele.

Job Summary :

The Salon Manager will oversee all aspects of salon operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for cultivating a positive work environment and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of stylists.
  • Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of the 5 Steps to Customer Care.
  • Drive salon growth through effective team management, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and retain talented stylists, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilize salon computer systems to track customer information and generate reports.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant salon environment.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Valid cosmetology, barber, or manager license.
  • Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Proficiency in salon operations and management.
  • Ability to analyze and improve salon performance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in salon computer systems.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Peyton Company managers are committed to working a full time schedule of 34+ floor hours each week & 5 out of 8 weekend days each month.
  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE COSMETOLOGY OR BARBER LICENSE
