Office Assistant
Part Time with Potential to Transition to Full Time
$17-$19 / Hour with No Benefits

Friendly
2-3 Years Customer Service and / or Administrative (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required)
- Typing Speed around 45 WPM
- Impeccable Phone Skill and Etiquette
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-organized, highly attentive to detail and a multi-tasker
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google
- Experience in an office setting a plus
- In office position
- Ability to communicate well with the salesmen aged between their 20s to 60s
Responsibilities
Perform office support duties as assigned such as :
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally with enthusiasmPreparation of documentation / Word processing (i.e. letters, leases, offers, etc.)Order signage install / removal requests and manage sign inventoryMaintain physical filing systemAssist Virtual Office Manager on physical filings, in office inventory tracking, and daily tasksUsing the printer / copier & understand basic electronic trouble shootingLight accounting to include prepping deposit slips / checks and depositing receiptsMeet guests upon arrival, maintain lunchroom supplies, refill paper in printers, refill printed master documents
