Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Prairieville, LA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quantity take-offs, managing costs, budgeting, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. The role involves detailed analysis of project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost of a project.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Prairieville, LA
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
